Beyond physical flexibility, yoga cultivates mental and emotional fluidity to navigate life’s challenges.
Our mixed-level yoga classes are safe and accessible to all ages and body types.
Each class will explore:
Psychophysical Exercises (aerobic movement with coordinated breathing)
Conscious Relaxation (practicing stillness and presence)
Hatha Yoga Asanas (longer holds in a series of accessible poses)
Pranayama Techniques (deep awareness through conscious breath)
3Y is a yoga system certified by the Yoga Alliance. Our teachers bring years of experience and a love of the practice, having completed core requirements of the 500 hour teacher training.

Sat Nam! Yoga has been such an important part of my path, revealing my challenges and attributes. So much so that I cannot help but feel responsible to share this special yoga. Kundalini is a form of Yoga that uses manta, krya, asana, pranayama and sound technology. When practiced together this can illuminate hidden aspects of the self. Come practice with us!
