Evening Practice for Nervous System Regulation

A gentle evening practice designed to help unwind after the day and reconnect with the body. The session offers space to slow down, release tension, and tune in to the body’s signals.

The practice includes simple mind–body exercises, gentle hatha yoga postures, breathing techniques, and other tools and practices that support nervous system regulation. You will learn practical ways to work with your nervous system, build resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and ease.

Sessions also include brief education about how the nervous system and body function, with optional time for reflection or sharing in a supportive environment.

This practice is open to adults of all ages and levels of physical ability. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
