Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and accessible practice designed to support personal transformation and greater self-awareness. Often called the “Yoga of Awareness,” it focuses on cultivating a balanced relationship between body, mind, and inner life, helping you feel more centered, energized, and present in your daily experience. Classes are structured to be welcoming for both beginners and experienced practitioners, and typically include a warm-up, a kriya (a sequence of movement, breath, and sound), and a meditation. Together, these elements work to promote physical vitality, mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of well-being. No prior experience is necessary.
