We offer high-quality classes, wellness resources and cultural events that are accessible to the public and designed to promote mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Through community-based initiatives, we provide a supportive environment for both youth and adults to explore their creativity, practice self-care and cultivate peace amidst the complexities of modern life. Situated in the stunning ecological sanctuary of the Hudson Valley—Catskill Mountain region, we are committed to promoting lifestyles which are sustainable and integrated with nature.

What is Cacao?
Cacao, the main ingredient in chocolate, is a superfood that has nourished humanity for thousands of years. Originally revered throughout the Americas with roots in the Amazonian basin, Cacao has spread worldwide due to its powerful physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. Together we will share a warm cup of cacao, sing and dance in celebration of the grand opening of Juniper.
If you are planning to attend the cacao ceremony, we kindly ask that you arrive before 7pm and stay until we close (between approximately 9:30-10pm).
