Yoga at Juniper
Beyond physical flexibility, yoga cultivates mental and emotional fluidity to navigate life’s challenges.
Our mixed-level yoga classes are safe and accessible to all ages and body types.
Each class will explore:
Psychophysical Exercises (aerobic movement with coordinated breathing)
Conscious Relaxation (practicing stillness and presence)
Hatha Yoga Asanas (longer holds in a series of accessible poses)
Pranayama Techniques (deep awareness through conscious breath)
3Y is a yoga system certified by the Yoga Alliance. Our teachers bring years of experience and a love of the practice, having completed core requirements of the 500 hour teacher training.
